Making a Purchase
Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Just have a look through our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished you selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
All prices and payments are in GB pounds only.
We accept card payments, PayPal payments and personal cheques. All card payments are made online and are processed through PayPal.
If you do not wish to pay on line we also accept cheques. All cheques are to be in GB pounds sterling and made payable to C&R Image with your name and address on the reverse. For payments by cheque allow 10 working days for your cheque to clear through our banking system. After clearance your purchase will be dispatched. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
Whilst PrintMeOnline / C&R Image have taken all reasonable care to make sure that the descriptions, details and prices of products shown are correct when entered to the website, we reserve the right to refuse orders where product information, prices and special offers have been published incorrectly.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between us when we send you confirmation that your order is being processed. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price/product availability we will contact you first to ensure you still with to proceed with your purchase.
All products are subject to availability. There is sometimes a delay between when the order is placed and acceptance and this may affected the number of stock available. If the item(s) order by you become out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and give an expected date for receipt of new stock.
Delivery
The majority of our products are personalised to order, this does mean that our delivery times are flexible. However, we aim to deliver all orders in mainland UK within 5 -10 working days of cleared payments.
If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you at the email address provided by you on the order form.
Your purchase will be send to you in the most cost effective manner, either Royal Mail or Courier.
You must inform us within 2 working days if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the Delivery Company / Royal Mail and correct the problem.
If an item is returned to us due to you not being at the address to receive the goods or responding to any card left by the couriers, then a second delivery charge will be made before the goods are re-delivered.
Returns
For our products that have been personalised we are unable to accept returns, unless the product is faulty or damaged. If the product is faulty or damaged you must let us know within 2 days of receipt of the goods so we can sort something out for you. It may be that we will require the product to be returned to investigate the problem, if this is the case you should return the product in its original packing and in an unused condition. On receipt of the faulty or damaged item we will issue a replacement.
Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered.
For goods that have not been personalised, you are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Your statutory rights are not affected.
All goods returned to us must be in a saleable condition.
Your refund will be paid within 30 days.
Privacy Policy
C&R Image does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment and that information is complete by you, the customer. The information you complete at order stage is to allow us to complete your order and send it out to you and to email you with image approvals and other general correspondence.
However, we may from time to time send you can email of new products, special offers and services we can provide. Each email will clearly show that it is from PrintMeOnline@crimage.co.uk. If you do not wish to receive such emails from us, just reply to that email and in the Subject line type REMOVE and we will remove your details from our database.
We use PayPal as our payment gateway for receiving payment for purchases. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
General
The quality of the photographic reproduction on items purchased may depend on the quality of the photograph you supply to us for use. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your item will be of the quality as any sample that you may have viewed. We will do our best to advise you in advance of accepting any order if the quality of the photo is not adequate for best image transfer. If you still with to continue with the order, then we will not accept the goods for return as failing to match any sample.
We are official retailers of The Mountain, SkulBone and Liquid Blue t-shirts.
By using this website and completing an order, you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to this website.
Goods are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change.
We have made every effort to accurately display the colours of our products on this website. However, reproduction of colours does vary from monitor to monitor and we cannot guarantee that the colours you see accurately reflect the products.
If it is necessary to contact you with artwork proofs for approval prior to personalisation, it is your responsibility to check the layout, wording and spelling before approving the artwork. We will not be held responsible for errors after approval and printing. We will contact you via the email address given at the time of ordering.
We may refuse to personalise any items if we feel that the personalisation is offensive or illegal. In this event we will refund you any money paid for the order.
Copyright Images
The majority of personalised products we print are of family, friends and pets – photos you have taken yourself. Reproduction of these photos/images is not a problem. However, sometimes you might want to use an image from elsewhere else – one that has been taken by a professional photographer, for example. In this instance the copyright for that image belongs to the person who took it and you will have to obtain the permission of the copyright holder in writing to use their photo or image.
When you send your photo, design or image to us you are acknowledging to us that you are the copyright holder or you have the permission of the owner of the copyright to use their photo, design or image. We reserve the right to refuse any order, should we believe that it would infringe the copyright law.
All images on t-shirts by The Mountain, SkulBone and Liquid Gold are copyright protected and must not be copied in any way.

Reviews, comments or observations may be posted provided they are not obscene, threatening, defamatory, and illegal, contains ‘spam’, chain letters, viruses, political, commercial or other form of campaigning, using false names, email addresses, or is in any other way illegal or invasive.
